By engaging SAMC or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide consultancy and management services for student accommodation providers. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the agreed proposal or service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
  • Ensure access to properties and required documentation.
  • Meet agreed payment schedules.

Fees and Payments

Fees are outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Late payments may pause services or incur additional charges as agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All original materials, reports, and strategic documents created by SAMC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer as outlined in the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

SAMC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any notice period in the service agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in the relevant courts.
